微瓦楞纸板的平压平压线与传统的瓦楞或折盒材料的压线大相径庭。传统瓦楞纸品是在纸箱内面压线﹐而折盒材料则是用一个对应的模切板在箱子的外部压线﹐模切板的结构与材料和压线宽度相一致。

The flat press line of the corrugated cardboard is quite different from the traditional corrugated or folding material. The traditional corrugated paper is pressed on the inside surface of the carton, while the folding box material is placed on the external compression line of the box with a corresponding die cutting plate, and the structure and material and the width of the die line are consistent.

 

传统的瓦楞箱压线将里纸压凹。当瓦楞箱折叠时﹐面纸会承受一定张力。当压线压到糊线部位附近时﹐瓦楞楞峰上的糊线的位置就会对沿瓦楞方向的折叠位置产生影响。由于这一影响在盒与盒之间又不尽相同，所以这就可能在后面的粘合及成箱工序中造成折叠不够规则。微瓦楞纸板压线使用一个对应的模切板﹐在纸盒的外表面形成一个压痕线。此压痕线使纸板的各层纸完全压扁﹐这样的折叠就非常规则。在瓦楞纸箱压线时﹐也要用到模切版﹐但瓦楞纸板折叠后不会出现各层纸脱层。瓦楞纸板在形成压线的里纸产生一单线凹陷﹔而受模切板冲击的那层里纸则形成一条以折痕凹陷为中央线的平行压痕线。微瓦楞板压线的比较重要的特征是压线时也同时压扁芯纸。也正是这种压扁使得微瓦楞纸板得以规则折叠。

The indentation line makes the sheets of cardboard completely flat, and the folding is very regular.  When the corrugated carton is pressed, the die cutting plate is also used, but the corrugated paperboard will not be delaminated after the folding of the corrugated cardboard.  Corrugated cardboard produces a single line sag in the forming of the lined paper, while the layer paper formed by the impact of the die plate forms a parallel indentation line with the crease concave as the central line. The most important feature of the press line of the micro corrugated board is to press the core paper at the same time when the wire is pressed. It is also the squash that makes the corrugated cardboard fold in rules.
